Can I send a receipt for reimbursement to my insurance company?
It depends on your insurance and specific plan, but, Yes! Many insurances accept a “superbill” for self claims from out-of-network providers and may reimburse you directly. You can call your insurance company or visit their website to inquire about “out-of-network physical therapy services” for more information. If you would like a superbill, please let me know.
Medicare Beneficiaries - Endurance Physical Therapy has No Relationship with Medicare and therefore we can only accept medicare beneficiaries (thanks to nuanced laws and regulations) when a patient does not want Medicare to be billed for any PT services. This request must be done upfront and on their own free will.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes!
Do I need a referral?
No. The state of Washington allows people to refer themselves to physical therapy. If you will be submitting a superbill of our sessions to your insurance company, they may require you to have a referral from an approved healthcare provider.
