What should I wear to my appointment?
  • Any comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • Whatever shoes you wear most often for running or walking.
What do I need for a telehealth appointment?
  • A computer with internet access, or a phone with cell service.
  • All telehealth sessions are confidential and HIPAA-compliant, so your information stays safe and protected.
Why see a cash-based physical therapist?
  • High-value, person-centered care, uncompromised by an entity that doesn't know you or your story.
  • Direct, one-on-one appointments with your physical therapist, every session.
  • More time with your PT per dollar spent, over the course of your care.
  • Greater say over what each session covers and how it's run.
  • Freedom to address multiple concerns within a single course of care.
  • Fewer total sessions needed, for the reasons above.
  • Your health is a worthy investment.
Can I submit a receipt to my insurance for reimbursement?

Often, yes. Many insurance plans accept a "superbill" for self-submitted claims from out-of-network providers and may reimburse you directly. Call your insurer or check their website for "out-of-network physical therapy services," and let us know if you'd like a superbill.

Medicare beneficiaries: Endurance Physical Therapy has no relationship with Medicare, so due to program rules, we can only see Medicare beneficiaries who choose, upfront and of their own free will, not to have Medicare billed for PT services.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes.

Do I need a referral?

No — Washington State allows direct self-referral to physical therapy. If you plan to submit a superbill to your insurer, they may require a referral from an approved healthcare provider, so it's worth checking with them first.
